By integrating mental health into the curriculum, schools can reduce the stigma surrounding these conditions and foster an inclusive environment for all.


Technology can also play a vital role. Digital platforms and applications can provide accessible and engaging resources for children to learn about their emotions and develop coping mechanisms. Moreover, telehealth services enable remote access to mental health professionals, increasing the availability of support and resources for families in underserved areas.

By training teachers and parents to recognize signs of distress, implementing mental health education in schools, fostering collaboration between professionals, and utilizing technology, we can provide the necessary support and resources to promote children's well-being.
