Academic pressure is a common experience for students worldwide. Academic pressure refers to the tension, discomfort, and other emotions arising from external factors in the learning process. From an early age, children are encouraged to think ahead and achieve academic milestones. However, this constant anticipation of the next step can lead to stress, discomfort, and negative emotions. While mild academic pressure can motivate students, excessive pressure can hinder their growth.
Causes of Academic Pressure :-
Pressure from Parents or Guardians: Well-intentioned parents often place extra pressure on their children to excel in school.
Heavy Coursework: Juggling multiple difficult assignments from different classes can be overwhelming.
Poor Organization and Time Management: Adolescents are still honing their time management skills. Mainly Teens who struggle with organizing priorities may feel additional pressure.

Mindfulness Techniques: Practice deep breathing, meditation
